1. Agreement
By using My Salon PA (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be 18+ and legally able to run a business.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime in Settings → Billing — access continues until the end of the current period. Trials auto-convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Lifetime ambassador access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked for misuse.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to send spam, illegal content, or messages prohibited by Twilio, Stripe, or your local SMS regulations. You're responsible for getting consent before texting clients.
5. Your client data
You own all data you put in. We process it for you under our Privacy Policy. You're the data controller for client data and must comply with GDPR / CCPA / equivalent laws.
6. Payments to you (deposits, bookings)
Stripe processes payments your clients make to you. Stripe's terms apply. We are not a party to your transactions and are not responsible for chargebacks, refunds or tax obligations — you handle those.
7. AI features
The PA chat and suggestions are AI-generated. They're aids, not professional advice. Always use your own judgement.
8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, etc.).
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
